There are several methods of physical rehabilitation within chiropractic care that can be used individually or in tandem:

A chiropractic adjustment corrects structural alignment to enhance overall body function and relieve pain or discomfort. It can also be combined with other forms of physical therapy for comprehensive care.

Muscle Stimulation is a form of physical therapy that uses electrodes placed on the skin to deliver low-level electrical stimulation to areas of irritation, helping to initiate the healing process.

Hydroptherapy is a form of physical therapy that promotes muscle relaxation, soothes sore and/or inflamed muscles and joints, and helps relieve pain.

Ultrasound is a form of physical therapy that uses therapeutic sound waves to promote joint and tissue relaxation at areas of tightness, pain, or discomfort.

Intersegmental Traction helps restore normal spinal range of motion, reduces muscle spasms, and promotes relaxation—supporting faster recovery from spinal injuries.

Cold Laser Therapy is a low-intensity treatment that stimulates healing using gentle levels of light. The procedure is painless, and each session typically takes only a few minutes.

Spinal Decompression is a form of motorized traction that can help relieve back pain by gently stretching the spine. This controlled stretching changes the pressure and positioning within the spine, helping to relieve pressure on spinal discs and promote healing.

Pulse Wave Therapy is a reparative soft tissue treatment technique used to treat acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries. It's a non-invasive, effective way to treat pain.

Chiropractic has been known to treat much more than this list specifies. These are just some of the most commonly treated conditions.
